Enter into a bright hallway leading into the fantastic family room and stunning kitchen. Open the sliding doors onto the deck, lounge on the outside furniture with its incorporated fire pit, or relax in the large six person hot tub and take in the breathtaking sea views.

​Downstairs you will find two spacious double bedrooms, as well as the main bathroom with a walk in shower. The first floor accommodation has a bright open plan sitting room and large corner couch, sliding doors leading to the wonderful glass fronted balcony from which the truly breathtaking outlook can be enjoyed. There is a beautiful large bedroom off the lounge with a kingsize, and additional single bed, providing plenty of secure play space for children. The master bedroom is also on the first floor with a sleek, contemporary en-suite Villeroy Boch four piece bathroom and large walk in shower.

There is an exceptionally spacious open plan kitchen / dining room with a wide range of white bespoke base and wall mounted units with granite worktops, integrated appliances and island unit. Off the kitchen there is a fully fitted utility room with additional fridge/freezer.
